Terms and Conditions

  1. There is a £4.95 postage and handling charge per order.
  2. £20.00 minimum order value.
  3. All weights are approximate.
  4. Credit card facilities available.
  5. Please make all cheques payable to Cryer & Stott Cheesemongers Limited.
  6. Orders taken by e-mail or telephone: 01977 510 638.
  7. Delivery is only available to addresses in the UK.
  8. All claims for shortages, damages or unsatisfactory condition should be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  9. Cards are not charged until goods are despatched.
  10. Orders can be cancelled up until goods are despatched.
  11. Once goods have been despatched, goods can only be returned if the items are unopened and in their original packaging and must be returned within 48 hours.
  12. Refunds will only be paid for items returned unopened and in their original packaging within 48 hours. Postage will not be refunded after despatch.
