This ewe’s milk cheese is made with Wakefield grown rhubarb, not unlike other ewe’s milk cheese in texture, the flavour can be compared to none! Ruby Gold is exclusive to Cryer & Stott Cheesemongers of Wakefield, a gold medal winner at the Nantwich Cheese Show 2005.

A traditional Yorkshire hand-crafted cheese coated in liquorice liquor. The bitterness of the liquorice has been taken away by the adding of heather honey from Ilkley Moor.
